韩剧《非常律师禹英禑》的叙事美学

摘　　要：韩国电视剧《非常律师禹英禑》自2022年6月播出以来,收视率一路飙升。从叙事学的角度看,公权与私权叙事主题的设置使其保持法律专业高度的同时兼具了人伦温度;圆形人物的建构方式将角色还原为人本应该有的样子,增强了观众的代入感;双线交叉的叙事结构在展现案件线索的同时完成了主题深化,满足了不同类型观众的期待视野;“恨”“兴”两种叙事文化交融所带来的艺术张力在强化权威话语形态的同时消解了严肃、崇高的语境氛围。这些美学特征都为该剧争取到了更为广泛的受众群,是其拥有较高社会评价的原因。YU Shan;School of Literature&Media,Ankang University;Since its broadcast in June 2022,the South Korean TV drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo Young-woo has seen a soaring viewership.From the perspective of narratology,the setting of the narrative themes of public rights and private rights keeps it at a high level of legal professionalism while also having human ethical warmth.The construction method of round characters restores the roles to the way people should be,enhancing the audience's sense of substitution.The narrative structure of double lines crossing presents the clues of the cases while deepening the theme,meeting the expectant horizons of different types of audiences.The artistic tension brought about by the blending of the two narrative cultures of“hatred”and“entertain oneself to death”strengthens the authoritative discourse form while dissolving the serious and noble contextual atmosphere.These aesthetic features have all won the drama a broader audience group and are the reasons for its high social evaluation.
