摘 要:本文使用原子荧光光谱法测定鸡肉中总砷和总汞的含量,比较了高温赶酸微波法、低温赶酸微波法、不赶酸微波法以及湿法消解法4种前处理方法。研究发现,使用低温赶酸微波法测得的总砷和总汞含量均接近指定值,且在满意范围内,比对实验结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%,回收率在90%~115%之间。因此,低温赶酸微波法-原子荧光光谱法可以同时检测鸡肉中总砷和总汞的含量,具有准确度好、精密度高和重复性强的优点,能够有效应用于日常鸡肉中总砷和总汞的含量检测。To establish a method for simultaneously measuring total arsenic and total mercury in chicken by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The best pretreatment method was selected from high temperature acid-driving microwave digestion method,low temperature acid-driving microwave digestion method,non acid-driving microwave digestion method and wet digestion method.The results showed that the contents of total arsenic and total mercury measured by low temperature acid-driving microwave digestion method were close to the specified value and within the satisfactory range.The relative standard deviations of the comparison experimental results were less than 10%,and the recovery rates were between 90%and 115%.Therefore,low temperature acid-driving microwave digestion can simultaneously detect the content of total arsenic and total mercury in chicken,which has the advantages of good accuracy,high precision and strong repeatability,and can be effectively applied to the detection of total arsenic and total mercury in chicken.
