面向生物医学工程专业的生物材料基础课程教学改革探讨

摘  要:医疗健康领域对医工交叉复合型人才的需求日益增长,生物材料课程在医工交叉复合型人才培养中扮演着至关重要的角色。针对该课程目前存在的知识涵盖面广且零散,现有授课内容与真实的临床应用场景分离等问题,提出该课程的教学改革创新。课程内容“以典型医疗器械为主线,重构生物材料知识结构,达到深度医工融合人才培养的目标”。课程内容分为共性基础、组织工程、肌骨系统和心血管系统四个板块,以医疗器械构建和应用中的问题为线索,讲授天然和人工生物材料的基本理论及应用。同时,注重思政教育,将思政教育融入专业教学,引导学生从家国情怀、科学精神和专业使命等方面思考医工交叉领域问题。该课程改革举措提高课程教学效果和学生的学习兴趣,服务医工交叉型复合人才培养目标。Biomaterials course plays a crucial role in training interdisciplinary talents in the field of medical engineering.Currently,the course faces several challenges such as the broad and fragmented professional knowledge,the divorce between existing teaching content and real clinical applications.To address these issues,innovative reforms in teaching the course are proposed.The course content is focusing on"using typical medical devices as the main thread to restructure the knowledge of biomaterials,aiming to achieve the goal of deep integration of medical and engineering talent training."The course content is divided into four sections:common foundations,tissue engineering,musculoskeletal systems,and cardiovascular systems,using problems in the construction and application of medical devices as a thread to teach the basic theories and applications of natural and synthetic biomaterials.Additionally,the course emphasizes ideological and political education,integrating it into professional teaching to guide students to think about issues in the interdisciplinary field from perspectives of national sentiment,scientific spirit,and professional mission.These curricular reforms aim to improve the effectiveness of teaching and student interest,serving the goal of training interdisciplinary and composite talents in medical engineering.
