摘　　要：立足新时代,创新是实现强国战略的驱动力,大学生创新能力培养的重要性进一步凸显。社会转型和科学技术的快速发展要求土木工程人才“创新”。该文针对土木工程专业培养,提出以创新能力培养为导向的“双驱四翼”式教学改革模式。以驱动大学生创新素养、创新思维和创新能力为培养目标,从制度层面、教学方法、资源整合、实验条件和实践基地等方面完善教学改革思路,为新时代培养土木工程专业“大国工匠”创新人才发挥积极作用。Based on the new era,innovation is the driving force to realize the strategy of strengthening China,and the importance of college students'innovation ability training is further highlighted.Social transformation and rapid development of science and technology require"innovation"of civil engineering talents.Aiming at the training of civil engineering majors,this paper proposes a"dual-drive and four-wing"teaching reform model oriented by the cultivation of innovative ability.With the goal of driving college students'innovative literacy,innovative thinking and innovative ability,the teaching reform ideas are improved from the aspects of the institutional level,teaching methods,resource integration,experimental conditions and practice bases.It plays an active role in cultivating the innovative talents of"Great Country Craftsmen"in civil engineering in the new era.
