摘  要:五步循环教学法是高等职业院校解决职业技能培养问题的创新教学方法。五步循环教学法基于“体验—理解—运用”理论和互动教学理念,注重理论与实践相结合,强调教师主导,通过互动培养学生技能。从马鞍山职业技术学院电气自动化专业学生的实操课程进行课程改革试点和组织学生参加职业院校技能大赛培训试点两个方向进行研究,发现五步循环教学法可以激发学生学习动机,加速理论内化运用,提高学生技能水平。然而,五步循环教学法存在教学标准不统一、步骤不规范、资金场地缺乏、学生评价体系不完善等问题。为推广和优化教学法,提出制定教学标准、增加投入、完善师资、加强评价、推动教学模式创新和加强职业教育发展研究等建议。The Five-step Cycling Teaching Method is an innovative teaching method for higher vocational colleges to solve the problem of vocational skill training.Based on the“experience-understand-apply”theory and the concept of interactive teaching,this method focuses on integrating theory with practice and emphasizes teacherled interaction to cultivate students’skills.From the practical course reform pilot and organization of students to participate in vocational school skills competition training pilot in Electrical Automation major of Ma’anshan Polytechnic College,it was found that this teaching method can stimulate students’learning motivation,accelerate their internalization and application of theory,and improve skill level.However,there are also problems such as inconsistent teaching standards,irregular steps,lack of funds and venues,and imperfect student evaluation system.In order to promote and optimize this teaching method,this article proposes to formulate teaching standards,increase investment,improve quality of teaching team,strengthen evaluation,promote teaching model innovation and strengthen vocational education development research.
