摘  要:全空间信息系统由周成虎院士首倡,将地理信息系统的研究范畴从地球空间拓展到宇宙空间,从室外空间拓展到室内空间,从宏观空间拓展到微观空间,从小数据到大数据,构建无所不在的空间信息系统世界。在这样一个全空间信息系统中,传统GIS基于地球空间的空间参考系统已无法满足时间与空间表达的需要,更无法满足对时空对象进行全生命周期管理的需求。因此,文中重点研究全空间信息系统中的时空参考问题并进行实践验证。首先探讨对物质与时空的认识问题及全空间信息系统对时空的定义,论述全空间信息系统时空参考的相关问题,总结常见的时间与空间系统及其相互关系;在此基础上,建立全空间信息系统的空间转换框架,扩展WKT对空间参考系统的描述,使之支持星球的定义和天球坐标系统、轨道坐标系统等坐标系统;设计九自由度空间参考树及空间参考和空间参考转换接口,实现对象的全生命周期管理。解决全空间信息系统从宏观世界到微观世界,从静态到动态,从物理时空到逻辑时空的全时空连续建模与仿真,满足全空间信息系统的建模要求,具有良好的可扩展性和实现效率。With the Pan-Spatial Information System(PSIS)has been extended to the more macro and micro world,traditional GIS based on spatial reference system of geospace has not been able to meet the needs of spatial expression of the PIS,and the life cycle management of object also brings forward the requirement of time reference.Based on the above mentioned,in this study,several questions related to spatiotemporal reference in PIS were discussed,and common spatial and temporal systems as well as their correlations were summarized,the frame of spatial transformation of the PIS was established,and the spatial reference in WKT(Well-Known Text)which can support the definition and the coordinate system of the celestial,orbit and others was developed.Finally,the nine degree-of-freedom spatial reference tree,the spatial reference and the spatial reference conversion interface were designed to realize the full life cycle management of objects in the PIS.It has been proved that this study can implement the continuous pan-spatial modeling and simulation,covering the world from macro to micro,from static to dynamic,and from physical to logical.In addition,it can also meet the need of modeling in a Pan-Spatial Information System,which means everything is an object,and spatiotemporal is just an attribute of the object.The experimental results indicate that spatial reference system built in this study has good scalability and implementation efficiency.
