摘　　要：Dear Editor,We described an innovative“single self-leading suture technique”for repairing iridodialysis.Instead of moving the needle forth and back,our method is easier to manipulate in the narrow surgical space between the cornea and lens,which will decrease the unnecessary complications related to iatrogenic injury.We provide an economical friendly and less time-taking method,which improves the suture accuracy.
