摘 要:毒剂、毒物对人类和环境构成了严重威胁。采集并分析被污染的环境基质,是现场毒害物质检测与取证,提供环境中毒剂、毒物准确信息的重要方法。受沾染表面是一类重要的分析对象,直接采集材质表面通常不可行。本文综述了毒剂、毒物表面采样及检测方法的最新研究进展,包括传统的擦拭法、可剥离材质采样法、顶空采样法、表面直接采样分析法等;通过对比分析不同方法,评估其优缺点和适用范围,以期为进一步推动毒剂、毒物表面采样及检测方法的研究和应用提供有益参考。Chemical agents and toxic substances pose serious threats to humans and the environment.Collecting and analyzing contaminated environmental substrates is an important method for on-site detection and evidence collection of poisonous substances,so as to provide accurate information on the presence of environmental chemical agents and toxic substances.The contaminated surfaces are an important analysis target,and direct sampling of material surfaces is often infeasible.In this paper,the latest research progress of surface sampling and detection methods for chemical agents and toxic substances was reviewed,including traditional wiping method,strippable material sampling method,headspace sampling method and direct surface sampling analysis method.Through comparative analysis of these methods,their advantages and disadvantages and the scope of application were evaluated,in order to provide valuable reference for further research on surface sampling and detection methods for chemical agents and toxic substances.
