摘 要:信息化、数字化、智能化的煤炭质量管理已成为我国煤炭工业实现高质量发展的新要求,商品煤质量全生命周期管控体系构建是整体提升我国煤炭质量管理水平以及助力实现“双碳”目标的有效措施。基于商品煤自产生至使用全流程关键节点的煤质数据与物流信息,提出以基础层、网络层、平台层、应用层4个层级构建商品煤质量全生命周期管控体系的设计思路,有效搭建可视化管理的管控体系框架。从煤炭资源质量全面评估、煤炭质量管理基础网络建设、一体化煤质管控平台建立、一体化平台多元化应用4个方面分析实现商品煤质量全生命周期管控的设计要点,指出商品煤全生命周期管控体系应包括煤质数据与物流信息管理、上传、查询、自动处理以及煤质数据统计分析、偏差智能预警、自动跟踪物流信息、可视化等功能,最终实现质量数据在商品煤产、装、运、转、卸、用等各环节的信息互通、业务协同和应用集成,达到商品煤质量全生命周期管控目的,切实为加强企业煤质管理水平、指导商品煤多元化综合利用、实现产品结构优化升级与企业高质量发展提供科学依据。The informatization,digitization,and intelligence of coal quality management have become new requirements for China’s coal industry to achieve high-quality development.Establishing a full life cycle control system for commodity coal quality is an effective measure to overall improve China’s coal quality management level and help achieve the“dual carbon”goal.Based on the coal quality data and logistics information of key nodes in the entire process from the generation to use of commercial coal,a design concept of constructing a full life cycle control system for commercial coal quality at four levels:basic layer,network layer,platform layer,and application layer is proposed,and a visualized control system framework is constructed.This paper analyzes the design points for achieving full life cycle control of commodity coal quality from four aspects:comprehensive evaluation of coal resource quality,construction of coal quality management basic network,establishment of integrated coal quality control platform,and diversified application of integrated platform.It points out that the full life cycle control system of commodity coal should include coal quality data and logistics information management,upload,query,automatic processing,as well as coal quality data statistical analysis,intelligent deviation warning,automatic tracking of logistics information,visualization,etc.,ultimately achieving information exchange,business collaboration,and application integration of quality data in various links such as commodity coal production,loading,transportation,transfer,unloading,and use,and achieving the goal of full life cycle control of commodity coal quality.A scientific basis for improving the coal quality management,guiding the diversified and comprehensive utilization of commercial coal,realizing the optimization,upgrading of product structure and high-quality development of enterprises can be provided.
