摘　　要：现代儒商指具有儒家特色的现代商人,现代儒商的管理实践和管理理念是中国式管理的生动体现。回溯儒商概念的起源和历史流变可知,“儒商”一词用以对“贾业而儒行者”的褒扬,是明代中后期随着士商互动程度的加强才出现的特殊历史现象。儒商先后经历了古代儒商、近代儒商和现代儒商三个发展阶段。立足社会主义市场经济的实践,本文从儒术、儒行和儒时三个维度构建了现代儒商新概念。通过建立的三维立体坐标,分别揭示其内涵所体现的中国式管理思想。进一步地,本文探讨了儒家文化与现代化的历史渊源,以及现代儒商对实现现代化的巨大价值和推动作用。在建设中国特色社会主义与实现中国式现代化的进程中,现代儒商新概念融合了儒家文化的旧有传统、改革创新的时代精神和西方先进的管理理念,是中国式管理思想的重要组成部分。本文对于弘扬具有中国特色的企业家精神、扩展人文经济学的学科内涵和促进优秀传统文化创造性转化具有一定的现实意义。Confucian merchants are a unique group of businessmen in China.Modern Confucian merchants are closely related to Chinese management and Chinese modernization.It is a necessary proposition to study the influence of traditional culture on the characteristic origin and practice route of Chinese modernization to reconstruct and examine the new concept of modern Confucian merchants in three dimensions for the first time by using the deductive method,thereby analyzing the Chinese management thought embodied in its connotation and deducing its deep relationship with Chinese modernization.This study shows that the new concept of modern Confucian merchants is a combination of tradition,modernity,and innovation.It is an important part of Chinese management thought and an important driving force for realizing Chinese modernization.In tracing the historical evolution of the concept of Confucian merchants,this paper defines the era of their birth and further explores the similarities and differences between ancient Confucian merchants,modern Confucian merchants,and contemporary Confucian merchants.On the three‐dimensional indicators of the decomposed new concept of modern Confucian merchants,this study explores the necessity and importance of Confucianism,Confucian behavior,and Confucian contemporaneity as the cornerstone of the new concept of modern Confucian merchants.Furthermore,it further analyzes the Chinese management philosophy from the perspectives of Confucianism,Confucian behavior,and Confucian contemporaneity.In terms of value guidance and material creation,modern Confucian merchants who practice the Confucian concept have become an important driving force for the development and perfection of Chinese modernization.Unlike previous studies,this study has made possible innovations in the following two aspects.Firstly,unlike previous literature that used induction to briefly summarize the concept of Confucian merchants,this study,on the premise of distinguishing the accurate meaning of Confucian merchants,constructs
