肝癌热消融的研究热点和趋势可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肝癌热消融治疗的研究现状、合作情况、热点及发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,利用CiteSpace软件对近年来核心文献完成文献可视化分析。结果共纳入1385篇核心合集,中国是发文量最多的国家。Bruix等发表的文献被引次数最多。关键词有射频消融术、微波消融术、经皮乙醇注射、免疫治疗、融合成像等。形成6个聚类,15个突现词。结论肝癌热消融一直是肝癌治疗的研究热点,逐步走向成熟,并不断联合影像技术和其他治疗方法应用,在肝癌治疗中发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the current research status,collaboration situation,hot spots and development trend of thermal ablation therapy for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The Web of Science core collection database was searched,and the visualization analysis of the recent core literature was accomplished by using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 1385 core collections were enrolled in this study,and China was the country with the largest number of published continuous development and plays an important role in the clinical treatment of HCC.
