摘  要:目的通过扩散张量成像(DTI)探讨青少年吸烟者脑结构网络变化与认知功能的关系。方法分别对29例青少年吸烟者和30名性别年龄相匹配的健康对照者采集DTI数据,使用确定性纤维追踪分配(FACT)方法建立结构网络。分析全局属性(E_(glob))、局部属性(E_(loc))、Rich⁃club与青少年吸烟者临床信息之间的相关性。结果两组均具有小世界属性(σ),吸烟组特征路径长度(L_(p)=5.9922±0.3322)和聚类系数(C_(p)=0.2608±0.0214)减少,全局效率(E_(glob)=0.1674±0.0093)和局部效率(E_(loc)=0.2813±0.0137)增强。吸烟组在右侧眶内额上回、右侧直回、右侧前扣带回、右侧距状裂周围皮层、左侧中央后回的节点效率(N_(e))增加(P<0.01,FDR校正)。同时,吸烟组富人连接强度明显增强(P<0.001)。吸烟组局部效率与日吸烟数量(CPD)呈正相关(r=0.3901,P=0.0364)。结论青少年吸烟者结构网络异常改变,可能为其认知功能损伤及评估提供影像依据。Objective The relationship between changes in structural brain networks and cognitive function in young smokers was explored by diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).Methods DTI data were collected from 29 young smokers and 30 sex⁃and age⁃matched healthy controls,respectively,and a structural network was built using a deterministic fiber tracking assignment method.The correlations between global attributes,local attributes,Rich club and clinical information of Young smokers were analyed.Results Both groups had small world attributes.The smoking group showed a decrease in characteristic path length(Lp=5.9922±0.3322)and clustering coefficient(Cp=0.2608±0.0214),while the global efficiency(Eglob=0.1674±0.0093)and local efficiency(Eloc=0.2813±0.0137)were enhanced.The node efficiency of right superior frontal gyrus,right gyrus rectus,right anterior cingulate and paracingulate gyrus,right calcarine fissure and surrounding cortex,and left postcentral gyrus in the smoking group increased(P<0.01,FDR correction).Meanwhile,the connection strength of the rich club in the smoking group 1 was significantly enhanced(P<0.001).The local efficiency of the smoking group was positively correlated with the cigarette per day(CPD).Conclusion Abnormal changes in the structural network of young smokers may provide imaging evidence for cognitive functionimpairment and assessment.
