摘　　要：IL-32是广泛表达于人体各组织的细胞因子,具有9个亚型。研究发现,IL-32可通过多种途径调控免疫细胞及其他细胞功能,协同多种细胞因子参与炎症的发生发展,直接或间接地发挥促炎或抑炎的作用。IL-32对肿瘤的发生、侵袭及迁移也有重要的影响,其作用的差异可能与IL-32的亚型及复杂的肿瘤微环境差异相关。此文旨在阐释IL-32在炎症和肿瘤中的作用及相关机制。IL-32 is a cytokine with 9 subtypes widely expressed in human body.IL-32 can regulate the function of immune cells and other cells through various pathways,cooperate with multiple cytokines to participate in the progress of inflammation,and directly or indirectly play a pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory role.IL-32 also has important impact on tumor initiation,invasion and migration,and its functional differences may be related to different subtypes and complex tumor microenvironment.This article aims to elucidate the role and related mechanisms of IL-32 in inflammation and tumors.
