摘 要:新能源汽车产业飞速发展,需要大量高素质技术技能人才。然而中职院校在新能源汽车专业人才培养模式上尚存诸多不足。本文提出了“三师型”协同育人模式,从学校教师、企业教师和人工智能教师3个维度,多管齐下、协同发力,优化人才培养全过程,切实提高人才培养质量,为新能源汽车产业高质量发展提供坚实的人才支撑。The rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry requires a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel.However,there are still many shortcomings in the talent training model for new energy vehicles in vocational colleges.This article proposes a"three teacher"collaborative education model,which focuses on three dimensions:school teachers,enterprise teachers,and artificial intelligence teachers.Through multiple approaches and collaborative efforts,it optimizes the entire process of talent cultivation,effectively improves the quality of talent cultivation,and provides solid talent support for the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry.
