摘 要:在决策环境日益复杂的情况下,由于人类知识经验的有限性、表达习惯的差异性和决策信息的复杂性,决策者很难用统一标准衡量决策信息的表达方式.针对复杂决策环境中常见的属性缺失和信息异构问题,提出了一种新型的异构群体决策方法.该方法以专家相似度为基础,根据交叉属性集补全缺失属性,并通过正态分布转化处理不同属性值,实现属性标准化.通过计算属性间的相似度确定权重,采用TOPSIS法进行排序,并根据最终排序结果做出决策.以广西某农产品公司选择冷链配送中心为案例,证实了方法的有效性和实用性.With the increasing complexity of decision-making environment,due to the limitation of human knowledge and experience,the difference of expression habits and the complexity of decision-making information,it is often difficult for decision makers to use a unified standard to measure the expression of decision-making information.Aiming at the common problems of attribute missing and information heterogeneity in complex decision-making environment,a new heterogeneous group decision-making method is proposed.This method is based on expert similarity,completes missing attributes based on the cross attribute set,and processes different attribute values through normal distribution transformation to achieve attribute standardization.The weight is determined by calculating the similarity between attributes,and the TOPSIS method is used to sort,and the decision is made according to the final sorting result.The effectiveness and practicability of this method are verified by taking the selection of cold chain distribution center of an agricultural product company in Guangxi as an example.
