摘  要:对电网技改多项目管理评价进行研究,提出一种基于自适应KFCM的电网技改项目群管理方法。建立项目群多指标评价体系,利用改进的专家评分法对多评价指标进行赋值,通过构造专家权威权重判定函数,以准确衡量专家的权威性。设计自适应KFCM算法,通过定义聚类自确定指标和采用蜻蜓算法对KFCM迭代过程进行优化,以改善KFCM聚类能力。利用自适应KFCM进行电网技改项目群评价研究,为决策者提供可行的项目管理评价依据。仿真试验表明,相比于其它聚类算法,自适应KFCM算法聚类效果更优,能够给出合理的电网技改项目群管理决策方案。The multi project management evaluation of power grid technical transformation is studied,and a power grid technical transformation project group management method based on adaptive KFCM is proposed.The multi index evaluation system of project group is established,and the multi evaluation indexes are assigned by the improved expert scoring method.The subjective weight judgment function of experts is constructed to accurately measure the authority of experts.The adaptive KFCM algorithm is designed by defining clustering self-determination index and using dragonfly algorithm to optimize KFCM iterative process,so as to improve KFCM clustering ability.The adaptive KFCM is used to evaluate the power grid technical transformation project group,so as to provide feasible project management evaluation basis for decision-makers.Simulation results show that compared with other clustering algorithms,adaptive KFCM algorithm has better clustering effect and can give a reasonable management decision-making scheme of power grid technical transformation project group.
