摘 要:采用数值模拟和Pareto Optimality探讨定子中喷油孔数量与孔径对定子内部的流动特性和温度分布规律的影响.研究表明:当喷油孔数量从8个增加到30个时,进出口压降降低了80%,平均湍流度增长了160%,定子铁芯平均温度降低了15%,绕组平均温度降低了16%;孔径从2 mm降低到1.3 mm时,进出口压降增大了57.1%,平均湍流度增长了39.9%,定子铁芯平均温度降低了1.5%,绕组的平均温度降低了2.2%.优化分析得出电机散热效果最优的定子喷油环结构参数范围为:喷油孔数量在20~30个,孔径大小在1.45~1.6 mm.此研究结果对油冷电机散热提供理论依据.Numerical simulation and Pareto Optimality were used to investigate the effects of the number and aperture of oil injection holes on the flow characteristics and the temperature distribution in the stator.The results show that when the number of injection holes increases from 8 to 30,the inlet and outlet pressure drop decreases by 80%,the average turbulence degree increases by 160%,the average stator core temperature decreases by 15%,and the average winding temperature decreases by 16%.When the aperture is reduced from 2 mm to 1.3 mm,the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet inscreses by 57.1%,the average turbulence is increased by 39.9%,the average stator core temperature is reduced by 1.5%,and the average winding temperature is reduced by 2.2%.The optimization analysis shows that the structural parameters of stator oil injection ring with the optimal heat dissipation effect are as follows:the number of oil injection holes is between 20 and 30,and the aperture size is between 1.45 mm and 1.6 mm.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the heat dissipation of oil-cooled motors.
