摘 要:以人力资本理论为基础,基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据库,以2013—2020年间中国28个省份的面板数据为样本,构建就业质量评价体系,采用系统广义据估计(SYSGMM)方法验证教育信息化与大学生就业质量之间的关系,并分析产生这种影响的异质性和传导机制。实证结果表明,教育信息化显著正向影响大学生就业质量,尤其是通用信息基础设施建设对就业质量的促进作用更强;异质性分析显示,相比发达地区的“锦上添花”,教育信息化更能在弱势地区起到“雪中送炭”的作用,这给中西部地区提升教育质量和就业质量提供了“弯道超车”的思路;从内生动力而言,教育信息化可以通过提高人力资本水平来改善就业质量,但门槛效应模型显示只有当教育信息化积累到一定程度时,才能通过人力资本的提升来提高就业质量;从外部因素看,教育信息化可以通过改善市场环境来提高就业质量。Based on the theory of human capital and the China Family Panel Survey(CFPS)database,using panel data from 28 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020 as samples,an evaluation system of employment quality was constructed,and the relationship between educational informatization and college students'employment quality was verified by SYS-GMM.The empirical results show that educational informatization is a significant positive impact on the employment quality of college students,especially the construction of general information infrastructure has a more significant promoting effect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that,compared with the"icing on the cake"in developed areas,educational informatization can play a more important role in the disadvantaged areas,which provides ideas for the improvement of education quality and employment quality in the central and western regions.From the perspective of endogenous driving force,educational informatization can improve the employment quality by improving the level of human capital.But the threshold effect model shows that only when educational informatization is accumulated to a certain degree can employment quality be improved through the enhancement of human capital.From the viewpoint of external factors,marketization promotion can bolster the impact of educational informatization on the caliber of employment.
