Integration for High-quality Development:A Review of Research on Cultivating Undergraduates According to the First-level Discipline of Library,Information and Archives Management

摘  要:文章通过文献调研法,梳理目前我国关于图书情报与档案管理一级学科本科人才培养的相关文献,发现相关研究主要集中在人才培养、本科教育和学科建设三个方面。在本科专业目录多次改变和社会发展倒逼学科交叉融合的时代背景下,未来可以从以下几个方面开展进一步研究:加强新时代按照一级学科培养本科生的必要性和可行性研究、加强新时代按照一级学科培养本科生的培养模式研究、加强新时代按照一级学科培养本科生面临的问题与对策研究、加强新时代按照一级学科培养本科生多元主体的职责研究。Through the literature research method,this paper combs the relevant literature on the cultivation of undergraduate talents in the first-level discipline of library,information and archives management in China,and finds that the main research focuses on the three aspects of talent cultivation,undergraduate education and discipline construction.Under the background of multiple changes in the catalog of undergraduate majors and cross integration of disciplines forced by social development,further research can be carried out in the future in the following aspects:strengthening the research on the necessity and possibility of cultivating undergraduates according to the first-level disciplines in the new era,strengthening the research on the cultivation mode of cultivating undergraduates according to the first-level disciplines in the new era,strengthening the research on the problems and countermeasures of cultivating undergraduates according to the first-level disciplines in the new era,and strengthening the research on the responsibilities of multiple subjects according to the first-level disciplines in the new era.
