摘 要:通过分析政道与治道的转换与辩证关系、“谋及庶人”与“庶人不议”的转换与辩证关系、“君为政本—民为邦本”的结构性双向强化与制约机制,揭示了儒家民本思想在理论上对统治者与民众关系的理想构建,以及在不同政治背景下的多样性与复杂性,进而考察了其对中国古代政治制度和社会结构的深刻影响。对儒家民本思想的现代解读,为构建更加公正、合理的社会治理模式提供了新的思路与策略,有助于适应日益复杂的社会治理需求,实现中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。The dialectic of Confucian people-oriented thought is the key for us to understand and accurately grasp the norms,values and facts of people-oriented thought.By analyzing the transformation and dialectic between governing the state and managing its affairs,the shift and dialectics between“planning with the common people”and“the common people?s desire not to discuss affairs”,and the structural mutual reinforcement and restriction between“the ruler as the basis of governance”and“the people as the foundation of the state”,this paper reveals theoretical ideal construction of the relationship between rulers and the public of Confucian people-oriented thought,as well as its diversity and complexity under different political backgrounds.This,in turn,influenced the political system and social structure of ancient China.The modern interpretation of Confucian people-oriented thought provides new ideas and strategies for building a more just and reasonable social governance model to adapt to the increasingly complex social governance needs and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
