摘 要:建立了一种采用GC-MS/MS技术测定3种蔬菜(番茄、白菜、芹菜)中氰烯菌酯残留的分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,重点优化了QuEChERS前处理条件,并利用基质匹配标准溶液,内标法定量。结果表明:在5~500μg/L范围内时,线性关系(R^(2))高于0.9991,定量限(S/N=10)为0.005 mg/kg;在0.005 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg及0.5 mg/kg添加水平时,平均回收率在93%~104%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.0%~7.3%。该方法能够满足蔬菜中氰烯菌酯残留的检测。An residue analytical method was developed for phenamacril in 3 kinds of vegetables(tomato,cabbage and celery) by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and the pre-treatment conditions of QuEChERS were optimized.Matrix matching standard solution and internal standard method were used for quantification.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R~2) were higher than 0.9991 within 5-500 μg/L,with the limit of quantitation(S/N=10) was 0.005 mg/kg.The average recoveries at three spiking levels(0.005,0.05 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg) in vegetables were 93% to 104%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 3.0% to 7.3%.The proposed method could meet the determination of phenamacril in vegetables.
