摘 要:随着体育课程一体化改革进程逐渐深入,国家提倡“五育并重”格局的呈现,教育已不再局限于单纯的身体教育。新时代高校体育课程如何从单一型定位走向生命化教育课程,进一步为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设做出应有之贡献是当务之急。本文采用文献资料法、归纳总结法分析目前高校体育课堂教学和学生体质健康水平堪忧的现状后,借鉴生命教育理论,积极响应习总书记提出的“立德树人”号召,以“生命化教育理念”为指导,通过课程设置针对化、教学内容多元化、教学方式多样化、教学评价科学化、教学管理人性化五大模块探究高校体育课程生命化教育模式,进一步培植学生的家国情怀意识、唤醒学生对生命的自觉追求、激发其主动积极地参与体育行为、养成良好的生活习惯、树立正确的体育价值观、走向终身体育,更好地服务于社会,从而提高学生的体质健康水平、提升体育课堂教学质量、促进学校体育教学事业的发展、夯实社会主义建设事业的人才储备之基、增强我国的国际竞争力。With the gradual deepening of the integration reform of physical education curriculum and the presentation of the pattern of "paying equal attention to five education",education is no longer limited to simple physical education.In the new era,it is urgent for college physical education curriculum to move from single orientation to life education curriculum,and further make due contributions to the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.Using the methods of literature and summary,this paper analyzes the current worrying situation of college physical education classroom teaching and students' physical health level,draws lessons from the theory of life education,actively responds to the call of "Building Morality and cultivating people" put forward by General Secretary Xi,takes the "concept of life education" as the guidance,through the targeted curriculum,diversified teaching contents and diversified teaching methods The five modules of scientific teaching evaluation and humanized teaching management explore the life education mode of college physical education curriculum,further cultivate students' sense of family and country,awaken students' conscious pursuit of life,stimulate them to actively participate in sports behavior,develop good living habits,establish correct sports values,move towards lifelong sports,and better serve the society,So as to improve students' physical health level,improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching,promote the development of school physical education,consolidate the talent reserve foundation of socialist construction,and enhance China's international competitiveness.
