摘 要:对于制造型企业,在产品批产之后,再对零部件进行工程更改是一项常见的操作。如果在工程更改前期不对零部件的替代关系进行分析,提前确定售后配件的后续策略,则可能会导致原配件无法购买,继而影响售后维修和客户满意度。因此,基于4种不同的工程更改类型,提出不同的分析方法,用于工程更改前期审核时的分析判断并采取措施,避免对售后市场造成不良影响。For manufacturing enterprises,it is common to make engineering changes to components after mass production.If the substitution relationship of components is not analyzed in the early stage of engineering changes and the follow-up strategy for after-sales parts is determined in advance,it may lead to the inability to purchase original parts,thereby affecting after-sales maintenance and customer satisfaction.Therefore,based on four different types of engineering changes,different analysis methods are proposed.Detailed analysis and judgment can be conducted during the early review of engineering changes,and measures can be taken to avoid adverse effects on the after-sales market.
