高校办公自动化背景下的电子档案安全管理研究

摘　　要：在信息技术、网络技术、智能技术等快速发展的背景下,高校进入办公自动化时代。随着办公自动化程度的不断加深,高校档案由传统的纸质档案逐步转变为电子档案。通过加强电子档案建设,高校能更便捷地利用档案信息制定发展决策规划。电子档案为高校推进教学、科研及管理工作的开展提供诸多便利。但高校在进行电子档案建设过程中遇到的安全问题,会加大电子档案信息泄露风险,影响电子档案管理效果。因此,高校需采取合理措施,做好电子档案安全管理工作,提高电子档案安全管理水平。文章对高校办公自动化背景下的电子档案安全管理策略进行探究,旨在为实际电子档案安全管理工作的开展提供指导。Under the background of the rapid development of information technology,network technology and intelli-gent technology,colleges and universities have entered the era of office automation.With the deepening of the degree of office automation,the university archives are gradually transformed from traditional paper archives to electronic archives.By strengthening the construction of electronic archives,colleges and universities can make more convenient use of archival information to make development plans and decisions.In general,electronic archives provide a lot of convenience for universities to promote teaching,scientific research and management work.However,the security problems encountered in the process of electronic archives construction will increase the risk of information leakage of electronic archives and affect the effect of electronic archives management.Therefore,colleges and universities need to take reasonable measures to do a good job in electronic archives security management and improve the level of electronic archives security management.This paper probes into the security management strategies of electronic archives under the background of office automation in colleges and universities,aiming at providing guidance for the practical security management of electronic archives.
