摘  要:为探究大学生群体在社交媒体使用过程中是否诱发焦虑、不安等负面情绪,基于社会比较理论和认知情感理论,构建一个考察大学生社交媒体使用与在线社交焦虑关系的中介调节模型。在该模型中,引入上行社会比较作为中介变量,并将网络社会支持作为调节变量,探讨大学生社交媒体使用对在线社交焦虑的影响机制。实证结果显示,大学生社交媒体使用(β=0.589,p<0.01)对上行社会比较存在正向显著影响;上行社会比较(β=0.489,p<0.01)对大学生在线社交焦虑存在正向显著影响;大学生社交媒体使用(β=0.0.625,p<0.01)对在线社交焦虑存在正向显著影响;上行社会比较在大学生社交媒体使用与在线社交焦虑中部分起中介作用;网络社会支持在社交媒体使用与在线社交焦虑中起负向调节作用(β=-0.088<0,p<0.05)。最后,基于研究发现,为消除大学生的在线社交焦虑,需要合理使用社交媒体,客观看待他人社交媒体呈现的内容;积极发挥网络社会支持作用,消解在线社交焦虑;加强信息审核,提高用户使用体验。To investigate whether the use of social media among university students triggers negative emotions such as anxiety and uneasiness,an intermediary and moderating model is constructed to examine the relationship between college students social media usage and online social anxiety based on the Social Comparison Theory and Cognitive-Affective Theory.In this model,upward social comparison is introduced as the mediating variable,while online social support served as the moderating variable,aiming to explore the mechanisms underlying the impact of social media usage on online social anxiety among university students.The empirical results indicate that university students social media usage has a positively significant impact on upward social comparison(β=0.589,p<0.01);upward social comparison,in turn,significantly and positively influences online social anxiety among students(β=0.489,p<0.01).Furthermore,social media usage itself directly contributes positively and significantly to online social anxiety(β=0.625,p<0.01).Upward social comparison partially mediates the relationship between social media usage and online social anxiety,while online social support has a negatively moderating effect(β=-0.088,p<0.05)on the relationship between social media usage and online social anxiety.Based on these findings,several recommendations are proposed:To alleviate online social anxiety among university students,it is crucial to encourage the rational use of social media and to adopt an objective perspective towards the content presented by others on social media platforms.Additionally,the positive role of online social support should be actively leveraged to mitigate online social anxiety.Lastly,strengthening information moderation and enhancing users’experience are essential steps to further address this issue.
