摘　　要：融合教育背景下,普通高校中视障读者的比例逐年增加,建设面向视障读者的智慧信息咨询服务体系,是高校图书馆顺应转型升级和社会发展的时代趋势。基于服务、数据资源、技术设施、馆员、管理五个要素,构建包括数据资源层、需求处理层、读者服务层和总结反馈层的面向视障读者的智慧信息咨询服务模式,可以为高校图书馆视障读者服务及相关残障文化服务提供借鉴与启示。Under the background of inclusive education,the proportion of visually impaired students in ordinary universities is increasing year by year.The construction of intelligent information consultation service system for these visually impaired students is the trend of the times for university libraries to adapt to the transformation and upgrading,and to the social development.Based on the five elements of service,data resources,technical facilities,librarians and management,this paper has constructed an intelligent information consultation service system for visually impaired students,including data resource layer,requirement processing layer,reader service layer,and summary and feedback layer.Furthermore,the paper discusses the reasonable and feasible development strategies,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the service for visually impaired readers and related disabled cultural services in university libraries.
