摘　　要：目的研究注射用红花黄色素(SYI)对髋骨骨折患者下肢肿胀及生命质量的影响。方法选取2020年8月-2023年8月湖口县中医医院收治的60例髋骨骨折患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),两组均接受手术治疗,对照组术后常规用药,观察组在其基础上加用SYI,比较两组下肢肿胀情况(患侧大腿周径、小腿周径)、术后疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、肿胀消退时间、下床负重时间、下肢深静脉血栓(LDVT)发生率、生命质量[世界卫生组织生活质量测定表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]。结果两组术后3天大腿周径及小腿周径均大于术前,但观察组大腿周径及小腿周径小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1天及术后3天VAS评分均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肿胀消退时间、下床负重时间短于对照组,LDVT发生率小于对照组(P<0.05);两组出院时WHOQOL-BREF各项评分均高于手术前,且观察组WHOQOL-BREF各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SYI可缓解髋骨骨折患者的下肢肿胀程度,减轻其术后疼痛,加速下肢康复,降低LDVT发生风险,改善患者生命质量。Objective To study the effect of safflower yellow pigment for injection(SYI)on lower limb swelling and quality of life in patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with hip fracture admitted to Hukou County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)by random number table method.Both groups received surgical treatment.The control group received routine postoperative medication,and the observation group received SYI on the basis of the control group.The lower limb swelling(affected thigh circumference,calf circumference),postoperative pain[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],swelling regression time,off-bed weight-bearing time,lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LDVT)incidence,quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Results The thigh circumference and calf circumference of the two groups 3 days after operation were larger than those before operation,but the thigh circumference and calf circumference of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group at 1 day and 3 days after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The swelling regression time and off-bed weight-bearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of LDVT was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the two groups at discharge were higher than those before operation,and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SYI can alleviate the degree of lower limb swelling in patients with hip fracture,reduce postoperative pain,accelerate lower limb rehabilitation,reduce the risk of LDVT,and improve the quality of life of patients.
