摘 要:目的探讨经颅磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗在帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者的应用效果。方法选择90例PD患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(n=45例)予以生物反馈治疗,观察组(n=45例)进行经颅磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗。两组均持续治疗12d。比较治疗前后两组康复情况、运动功能及睡眠质量。结果治疗后,观察组统一帕金森病评分量表(unified Parkinson’sdisease rating scale,UPDRS)评分为(28.25±5.47)分,低于对照组(31.14±7.14)分(P<0.05)。Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评估量表(assessment,FMA)评分为(68.65±7.13)分,高于对照组(62.17±6.34)分(均P<0.05)。观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分为(8.84±2.02)分,低于对照组的(11.25±2.19)分(均P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激联合生物反馈治疗在PD具有较好应用效果,可促进病情康复,改善运动功能,减轻睡眠障碍。Objective To explore the application effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Ninety PD patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(45 cases)received biofeedback treatment,while the observation group(45 cases)underwent treatment with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback.Both groups received continuous treatment for 12 days.The rehabilitation status,motor function,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)score in the observation group was 28.25±5.47,which was lower than the control group's score of 31.14±7.14(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)score in the observation group was 68.65±7.13,which was higher than the control group's score of 62.17±6.34(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in the observation group was 8.84±2.02,which was lower than the control group's score of 11.25±2.19(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of transcranial magnetic stimulation and biofeedback therapy shows a promising effect in PD patients,facilitating disease recovery,enhancing motor function,and alleviating sleep disturbances.
