经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节球囊压迫术(perculaneous balloon compression,PBC)治疗原发性三叉神经痛primary trigeminalneuralgia,(PTN)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用PBC治疗的48例PTN患者的临床资料并进行统计分析。结果46例(95.83%)术后疼痛症状即刻缓解,2例无效。术后随访1~3个月:BNIⅠ级32例,Ⅱ级5例,Ⅲ级6例,Ⅳ级5例;治愈率66.7%,总体有效率89.6%。结论PBC安全可靠,且具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,可作为老年患者治疗PTN的首选治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous balloon compression(PBC)in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 48 patients with PTN who underwent PBC treatment.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data in our department from September 2019 to June 2023.Results Immediate postoperative pain relief was achieved in 46 cases(95.83%),while 2 cases showed no improvement.During the 1-3 months of postoperative follow-up,according to the BNI classification,there were 32 cases(BNIⅠ),5 cases(BNIⅡ),6 cases(BNIⅢ),and 5 cases(BNIⅣ);the cure rate was 66.7%,and the overall effective rate was 89.6%.Conclusion PBC is safe and reliable,with minimal trauma and fast recovery,making it a preferred treatment method for elderly patients with PTN.
