摘　　要：我国化工新能源锂电行业第一条负压化成分容自动物流线系统于2015年在CATL成功运行,负压化成柜系统分为消防灭火系统、成能量回馈型电源模块技术系统、物流输送线设备系统、WMS管理系统与WCS控制系统,负压化成柜系统设计有强制排烟、水喷淋和水回收管路系统、配备消防Novec1230喷淋系统,采用五面封闭+消防安全门结构设计;并上下层每层配备防火防爆隔热板。消防防护门配备防爆观察窗,在灾情发生防护门自动落下,防护门落下后能达到密封状态。China's chemical new energy lithium industry's first negative pressure chemistry into capacity automatic logistics line system in 2015 in CATL successful operation,negative pressure chemistry into cabinet system is divided into fire extinguishing system,into the energy-feedback power module technology system,logistics conveyor line equipment system,WMS management system and WCS control system,negative pressure into the cabinet system is designed with a mandatory smoke evacuation,water sprinkler and water recycling piping system,Equipped with fire fighting Novec1230 sprinkler system,it adopts five sides closed+fire safety door structure design;and the upper and lower floors are equipped with fire and explosion-proof heat-insulating boards on each floor.The fire protection door is equipped with explosion-proof observation window,and in case of disaster,the door will fall down automatically,and the door can be sealed after falling down.
