摘  要:针对传统煤矿井下低压馈电设备漏电试验存在的技术问题和安全风险,开发了一套远程漏电试验系统,主要包括远程漏电试验模块、监控分站、远程监控平台和通信网络。利用远程监控平台下发控制指令,通过远程漏电试验模块实现远程漏电试验,记录试验结果。经过实验研究,该系统可以实现井下低压开关漏电试验地面远程操作、数据记录自动存储、试验报告自动生成,杜绝了试验漏做问题,提升了煤矿井下供电系统的信息化水平,具有显著的经济和社会效益。Aiming at the technical issues and safety risks associated with leakage testing of traditional low-voltage feeding equipment in coal mines,a remote leakage testing system has been developed.The system mainly consists of four parts:a remote leakage testing module,a monitoring substation,a remote monitoring platform,and a communication network.Using a remote monitoring platform,issue control commands,implement remote leakage testing through the remote leakage testing module,and record the test results.After experimental research,the system can achieve remote operation of underground low-voltage switch leakage test on the ground,automatic storage of data records,and automatic generation of test reports,eliminating the problem of test leakage and improving the informational level of coal mine underground power supply system,with significant economic and social benefits.
