摘　　要：随着东莞制造业的转型升级,工业机器人产业的加速发展,对工业机器人技术专业人才的需求也越来越多的,对工业机器人技术专业人才培养的要求也越来越高。通过对本地工业机器人产业链相关企业进行调研,明确企业人才需求,为学校工业机器人技术专业人才培养提出合理建议。With the transformation and upgrading of Dongguan's manufacturing industry,the industrial robot industry is accelerating its development,and the demand for industrial robot technology professionals is also increasing.The requirements for the training of industrial robot technology professionals are also increasing.By conducting research on local industrial robot industry chain related enterprises,we aim to clarify their talent needs and provide reasonable suggestions for the training of industrial robot technology professionals in schools.
