摘　　要：青年馆员是高校图书馆事业发展的新生力量和中坚力量,是图书馆员队伍中最具可塑性的群体,其成长关系到图书馆事业未来的发展,智慧背景下如何正确培养青年馆员是目前高校图书馆共同面临的一项难题。文章通过分析应用型本科院校图书馆青年馆员职业发展困境及存在的主要问题,提出了如何培养青年馆员的对策建议。Young librarians are the new and backbone force in the development of university libraries.They are the most malleable group in the library workforce,and their growth is related to the future development of the library industry.How to properly cultivate young librarians under the background of intelligence is currently a common challenge faced by university libraries.The article analyzes the professional development difficulties and main problems of young librarians in applied undergraduate libraries,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to cultivate young librarians.
