Influence of Process Management Method and Root Cause Analysis on Standardizing Medical Record Writing and Strengthening Medical Quality Management

摘  要:目的探究过程管理方法和根本原因分析法在规范病历书写及加强医疗质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月平度市人民医院188名医务人员为研究对象,按照不同的病历书写管理方法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组94名,分别对应实施常规书写法管理、过程管理方法和根本原因分析法,于每组抽取94份病历。比较两组的病历书写合格率及总缺陷率、病历书写及医疗质量管理评分、管理满意度。结果研究组病历的合格率(97.87%)优于对照组,总缺陷率(4.26%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.799、6.505,P均<0.05)。研究组医务人员的病历书写评分、医疗质量管理评分、管理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论过程管理方法和根本原因分析法的实施,可以优化病历书写情况,提高医务人员的病历书写和医疗质量管理水平,提高医务人员对管理模式的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of process management method and root cause analysis method in standardizing medical record writing and strengthening medical quality management.Methods A total of one hun-dred and eighty-eight medical workers in Pingdu People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group according to different medical record writ-ing and management methods,with ninety-four in each group.Conventional writing management,process management and root cause analysis were applied respectively,and ninety-four medical records were extracted from each group.The qualified rate of medical record writing,total defect rate,medical record writing score,medical quality manage-ment score and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of medical re-cords in the study group(97.87%)was better than that in the control group,and the total defect rate(4.26%)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.799,6.505,both P<0.05).The scores of medical record writing,medical quality management and management satisfaction of medical staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The implementation of process management method and root cause analysis method can optimize the situation of medical record writing,improve the medical staff's medical record writing and medical quality management level,and improve the medical staff's satisfaction with management mode.
