摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA管理用于护理文书质控中的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月永州市第三人民医院工作的30名护士作为研究对象,2022年1—12月行常规管理为对照组,2023年1—12月行PDCA管理模式为研究组,并随机抽取两个阶段医院住院部的护理文件各200份,对比两个阶段书写质量评分、护理文件书写不合格率、不良事件发生情况。结果研究组各项护理文件书写的不合格率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组发生1起不良事件,对照组共发生10起不良事件。研究组首次护理评估单、护理记录单、健康教育单、体温单、压疮监护单的书写质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院住院部护理文件书写质量管理中,落实PDCA管理能够有效提高各类护理文件书写的质量,减少护理文件书写不合格率,有利于减少因护理文件书写导致的投诉情况和医疗纠纷事件。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA management in the quality control of nursing documents.Meth-ods Thirty nurses working in Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to December 2022,conventional management was used as the control group,and from January 2023 to December 2023,PDCA management mode was used as the study group.A total of two hundred nursing documents were randomly selected from the inpatient departments of the two stages to compare the writing quality score,the unqualified rate of writing nursing documents,the occurrence of adverse of adverse events in the two stages.Results The unqualified rate of nursing documents writing in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was one adverse event in the study group and 10 adverse events in the control group.The writing quality scores of the first nursing assess-ment sheet,nursing record sheet,health education sheet,body temperature sheet and pressure ulcer monitoring sheet in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the quality management of nursing document writing in hospital inpatient department,the imple-mentation of PDCA management can effectively improve the quality of all kinds of nursing document writing,reduce the unqualified rate of nursing document writing,and help reduce the complaints and medical disputes caused by nursing document writing.
