摘 要:三级公立中医医院绩效考核指标体系是公立医院高质量发展的重要工具。中医临床科室是三级公立中医医院的基本组成单元,其工作质量、运行效率、服务能力、满意度等直接关系到人民群众健康福祉。构建三级公立中医医院临床科室月度质量考核目标体系,有利于促进中医临床科室自我管理,提升核心竞争力,使其能够在高质量发展中发挥更大的作用。本文以泰安市中医医院为例,探讨在三级公立中医医院绩效考核指标体系指导下构建临床科室月度质量考核目标体系的实践情况和取得的成效。The performance appraisal index system of three-level public TCM hospitals is an important tool for the high-quality development of public hospitals.The clinical department of Chinese medicine is the basic unit of the third-level public Chinese medicine hospital,and its work quality,operation efficiency,service ability and satisfaction degree are directly related to the health and well-being of the people.The establishment of a monthly quality assess-ment target system for clinical departments of three-level public TCM hospitals is conducive to promoting self-management of clinical departments of TCM,enhancing core competitiveness,and enabling them to play a greater role in high-quality development.Taking Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper dis-cusses the practice and results of constructing the monthly quality assessment target system of clinical departments un-der the guidance of the performance assessment index system of three-level public traditional Chinese medicine hospi-tals.
