摘 要:通过调研高校知识产权服务中心面向用户开展的专利信息服务现状,分析服务用户过程中面临的问题,进而提出对策与建议。文章以图书馆网站、用户等为剖析对象,分析高校知识产权信息服务中心在专利服务实践中存在的问题。当前,图书馆较多地是开展相对基础的专利检索与分析服务,多数仍处于基础服务层次。在深层次知识产权信息服务方面的发展尚未达到预期效果,缺少基于用户方面高端和精准的服务。通过与用户交流反馈,用户需求主要体现在获取知识产权服务和应用知识产权服务两个方面。高校图书馆应该加强知识产权服务组织结构建设,建立专业化服务团队,在用户合作交流中培训提高用户知识产权素养。By conducting research on the current status of patent information services provided by university intellectual property service centers to users,analyzing the problems faced in the process of serving users,and proposing countermeasures and suggestions.The article analyzes the problems that exist in the practice of patent services by university intellectual property information service centers,taking library websites,users,etc.as the objects of analysis.Currently,most libraries provide relatively basic patent search and analysis services,and most of them are still at the basic service level.The development of deep level intellectual property information services has not yet achieved the expected results,and there is a lack of high-end and precise user based services.Through communication and feedback with users,their needs are mainly reflected in two aspects:obtaining intellectual property services and applying intellectual property services.University libraries should strengthen the organizational structure of intellectual property services,establish professional service teams,and train and improve user intellectual property literacy through cooperation and communication.
