摘　　要：航空零件生产中有很多是同类或类似加工内容,例如铣削孔、铣削圆柱、铣削螺纹、铣削锥螺纹、铣削圆弧槽、铣削环形槽、铣削键槽、铣削外多边形、铣削内多边形、铣削内多边形型腔等,将此类加工内容做成变量宏程序模块,在主程序中直接赋值调用,简化编程,方便数控机床上手动修改程序,降低程序出错率。二次开发CAM软件,电脑直接生成宏程序模块主程序,实现在电脑上使用CAM软件进行模块化宏程序编程。There are many similar or identical machining contents in the production of aviation parts,such as milling holes,milling cylinders,milling threads,milling cone threads,milling circular grooves,milling annular grooves,milling keyways,milling outer polygons,milling inner polygons,milling inner polygon cavities,etc.These machining contents are made into variable macro program modules,which are directly assigned and called in the main program to simplify programming,facilitate manual modification of programs on CNC machine tools,and reduce program error rates.Secondary development of CAM software,where the computer directly generates the main program of the macro program module,enabling modular macro program programming using CAM software on the computer.
