摘  要:以飞轮储能装置的钳工装配为研究对象,探讨了基于项目式金工实习的教学方法。通过项目式《金工实习》,学生可以全面参与飞轮储能装置的钳工装配过程,从设计、加工到调试,深入了解飞轮储能装置的结构和工作原理。通过实践操作,学生可以掌握钳工装配的基本技能和操作要领,培养了学生动手能力和实际操作能力。通过项目式金工实习,学生不仅提高了自身的技能水平,还对飞轮储能装置的钳工装配有了更深入的了解。这种实践性的学习方式有助于培养学生的实际操作能力和创新思维能力,提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。As a new type of energy storage technology,the flywheel energy storage device has a broad application prospect in renewable energy generation,power grid peak shaving and other fields.This paper takes the machinist assembly of the flywheel energy storage device as the research object and discusses the teaching method of project-based metalworking practice.Through project-based“Metalworking Practice”,students can fully participate in the assembly process of the flywheel energy storage device,from design,processing to debugging,and gain a deep understanding of its structure and working principle.Through practical operations,students can master the basic skills and operational essentials of machinist assembly,and cultivate their practical ability and actual operation ability.Project-based“Metalworking Practice”helps to improve students’practical operation ability,engineering thinking,teamwork and communication skills,innovation ability and employability,and has a positive effect on the improvement of students’skills,knowledge and overall quality.Through project-based metalworking practice,students not only improve their own skill level,but also gain a deeper understanding of the machinist assembly of the flywheel energy storage device.This practical learning method helps to cultivate students’practical operation ability and innovative thinking ability,and improve students’comprehensive quality and employability.
