摘  要:为解决高职院校技能型人才培养的诸多问题,针对“岗课赛证”综合育人模式下高职《PLC编程与应用技术》课程教学改革工作展开分析,对该育人模式和《PLC编程与应用技术》教学现状进行介绍,并提出了加强课程思政育人的重视、采用递进式教学方法、与企业合作丰富教学资源3点建议。这些做法能深入推进课程改革,为相关人员参与“岗课赛证”综合育人目标的实现提供参考。In order to solve the many problems in cultivating skilled talents in vocational colleges,an analysis is conducted on the teaching reform of PLC programming and application technology in vocational colleges under the comprehensive education model of"job course competition certificate".This article introduces the education mode and the current teaching situation of PLC programming and application technology,and proposes three suggestions:strengthening the importance of ideological and political education in the curriculum,adopting progressive teaching methods,and cooperating with enterprises to enrich teaching resources.These practices can further promote the curriculum reform and provide reference for relevant personnel to participate in the realization of the comprehensive education goal of"job course certification competition".
