突发事件冲击下企业协同履责对再制造供应链绩效的影响

摘　　要：再制造是循环经济的高级形式,也是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。再制造环境绩效的实现有赖于供应链社会责任水平。随着VUCA时代的到来,突发事件频发,给再制造供应链带来极大挑战。突发事件冲击下如何保障再制造供应链绩效,对于我国“双碳”目标的实现具有重要意义。基于文献研究及调查研究,构建研究假设和理论模型,并采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型,实证检验突发事件冲击下企业协同履责对再制造供应链绩效的影响,以及突发事件冲击与供应链文化对企业协同履责与供应链绩效关系的链式调节机制。研究发现:第一,企业协同履责对再制造供应链绩效具有显著的正向影响;第二,突发事件冲击正向调节企业协同履责与再制造供应链绩效的关系;第三,追求集体主义、关注长期规划、注重高权力对称性的供应链文化在企业协同履责与再制造供应链绩效的关系中起正向调节作用,在突发事件冲击调节企业协同履责与再制造供应链绩效关系的过程中起部分中介作用。因此,为有效应对突发事件冲击,一方面,再制造供应链企业应认识到协同履责对供应链绩效的正面作用,在日常运营中主动践行协同履责,积极开展社会责任信息共享,并积极进行联合规划,建立激励联盟;另一方面,应主动调和不同企业文化之间的差异,营造积极和谐的供应链文化氛围,构建高权力对称性、高集体主义、长期导向的供应链文化。Remanufacturing is an advanced form of circular economy and an important way to achieve China's dual-carbon goals.The realization of the environmental performance of remanufacturing depends on the level of social responsibility of the supply chain.With the advent of VUCA era,emergencies occur frequently,which brings great challenges to remanufacturing supply chain.How to ensure the performance of remanufacturing supply chain under the impact of emergencies is of great significance for the realization of China's dual-carbon goals.Based on the literature and survey research,the authors construct the research hypotheses and theoretical model;and with the help of partial least squares structural equation modelling,they empirically examine the impact of collaborative fulfillment of remanufacturing supply chain responsibilities(RSCR)on remanufacturing supply chain performance(RSCP),and test the chain moderating mechanism of contingency disruption(CD)and supply chain culture(SCC)on the relationship between RSCR and RSCP.The results show that:RSCR has a significant positive effect on RSCP;CD positively moderates the relationship between RSCR and RSCP;and SCC that pursues collectivism,focuses on long-term planning,and focuses on high power symmetry plays a positive moderating role between RSCR and RSCP,and SCC plays a partial mediating role in the moderate effect of CD on the relationship between RSCR and RSCP.Therefore,in order to effectively cope with contingency disruption shocks,on the one hand,remanufacturing supply chain enterprises should recognize the positive role of collaborative fulfillment of social responsibility in improving remanufacturing supply chain performance,actively cooperate in fulfilling social responsibility in daily operations,carry out social responsibility information sharing,and carry out joint planning and establish incentive alliances;on the other hand,they should also take the initiative to reconcile the differences between different corporate cultures,create a positive and harmonious suppl
