摘  要:二丁基羟基甲苯是符合国家安全标准的食品添加剂,具有良好的抗氧化性,但水溶性较差,使其应用范围受到限制。利用静电纺丝技术制备了二丁基羟基甲苯/羟丙基-β-环糊精(Dibutylhydroxytoluene/hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, BHT/HPβCD)包合物纳米纤维,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱扫描(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, FT-IR)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜观察(Scanning electron microscope, SEM)测试、热重分析(Thermo-gravimetric analysis, TGA)、相溶解度实验和羟自由基清除实验对其进行表征。FT-IR、XRD及SEM测试结果表明形成了均匀、光滑的BHT/HPβCD包合物纳米纤维。TGA结果表明BHT/HPβCD包合物纳米纤维分解起始温度高于二丁基羟基甲苯原药的分解温度,BHT/HPβCD包合物纳米纤维可有效提高二丁基羟基甲苯热稳定性。相溶解度研究结果表明BHT/HPβCD包合物纳米纤维的形成能明显增加二丁基羟基甲苯的水溶性。同时BHT/HPβCD包合物纳米纤维的羟自由基清除作用大于BHT原药,具有良好的抗氧化活性。Dibutylhydroxytoluene is a food additive that meets national safety standards and has good antioxidant properties,but its poor water solubility limits its application.Dibutylhydroxytoluene/hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(BHT/HPβCD)inclusion complex nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning technology and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA),phase solubility experiments and OH radical scavenging experiments.The FT-IR,XRD,and SEM tests showed that uniform and smooth BHT/HPβCD inclusion complex nanofibers were formed.TGA results showed that the temperature at which the inclusion complex nanofibers began to decompose was higher than the temperature at which the BHT raw material begins to decompose,and the BHT/HPβCD inclusion complex nanofibers could effectively improve the thermal stability of BHT.The results of phase solubility showed that the formation of BHT/HPβCD inclusion complex nanofibers could significantly increase the water solubility of BHT,and the OH radical scavenging activity of BHT/HPβCD inclusion complex nanofibers was higher than that of BHT raw material,showing good antioxidant activity.
