从单刊编辑部到期刊中心——以《中国临床医学》创新转型为例

摘　　要：世界一流科技期刊建设背景下,综合类中文医学期刊发展面临严峻挑战,也带来了新的发展机遇。《中国临床医学》基于差异化发展策略,通过内容创新、传播形式创新等多措并举稳步提升自身学术影响力,打造临床特色鲜明精品中文期刊;基于拓展策略,立足学科优势打造国际一流肿瘤学学术交流平台,立足专家优势提前布局未来医学,打造全球元宇宙医学学术交流平台;立足学术优势,“学术+科普”联动打造高品质健康科普品牌;从单刊编辑部向集约化期刊中心发展,实现中文、英文、科普学术平台三位一体,构建一流“学术+科普+产业”科技期刊矩阵。Under the background of cultivating world-class scientific and technological journals,the development of traditional Chinese medical comprehensive journals faces severe challenges and also brings new development opportunities.Based on the differentiated development strategy,Chinese Journal of Clinical Medicine steadily enhanced its academic influence through multiple measures,and created a high-quality Chinese journal with distinct clinical characteristics.Based on expansion strategies,we launched a new high-quality English journal in oncology and a new Chinese journal in metaverse medicine.To build a high-quality health popularization brand,we solicited special issues on“academic+science popularization”based on academic advantages.After unremitting efforts,we developed from a single journal editorial department to an intensive journal center,achieving the integration of Chinese,English,and popular science,in order to build a first-class“academic+popular science+industrial”technology journals matrix.
