复调的旨趣与行动:城市历史建筑保护中的社会参与

摘　　要：在中国大规模的旧城改造进程中,历史建筑保护日益成为重要的议题。目前研究更多地将参与城市历史建筑保护的社会力量视为价值立场统一且行动方式具有同一性的共同体。然而,本文通过对H市的研究发现,参与历史建筑保护的社会力量具有不同的旨趣与行动方式:地方历史专家群体强调建筑蕴含的历史信息的真实性,力求以科学的态度和方式进行建筑保护;城市记忆传播群体强调建筑蕴含的记忆价值,通过记录和分享城市故事,完成对城市记忆的传递;文物保护志愿群体更强调建筑的文物价值,推崇通过更为直接的保护行动来实现对历史建筑的保护。这种群体间的认识分化充分表明,参与城市历史建筑保护的社会力量并不是一个完全整合的、具有共同集体情感的共同体,历史建筑保护场域表现为一种动态的复调结构。然而,不同群体间的边界是弹性且可调整的,不同群体可能围绕具体的保护事件形成跨越边界的行动共同体。In culturally-led urban renewal,the preservation of historical buildings has become an increasingly important issue.Prior research often portrays participants in preservation movements as a cohesive group unified in their commitment to public interest and shared values.However,this study reveals that participants in the preservation of urban historical buildings are not a monolithic group but are divided into three distinct factions,each with its own interests and actions.Intellectual elites with substantial cultural capital focus on the authenticity of the historical information in buildings and advocate for a scientific approach to preservation.Architectural heritage volunteers prioritize the cultural relic value of old buildings and favor embodied forms of preservation.This differentiation indicates that there is no fully integrated group with unified collective emotions;instead,the distinctions and dynamic relationships create a complex polyphonic structure.
