摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展与进步,高校班级建设面临着前所未有的转型挑战。积极心理学倡导的积极情绪体验、积极人格特质、积极组织系统等理念,与上述导向高度契合,为实现高校班级建设的高质量发展提供了科学依据。文章基于积极心理学理论的基本主张,深入分析当前高校班级建设存在的问题与挑战,探究积极心理学视域下高校班级建设高质量发展路径,以期提升高校班级建设的整体效能。Micro lessons have the characteristics of being short,concise,and with prominent themes.Applying them to middle school information technology teaching can enrich teaching resources and stimulate students'interest in learning.The article analyzes the value of micro lessons in junior high school information technology teaching,explores the application and practical effects of micro lessons in classroom introduction,key and difficult point explanation,and post class expansion of junior high school information technology teaching,in order to help improve the quality of junior high school information technology teaching.
