摘　　要：培养拔尖创新人才是建设高等教育强国的战略任务之一,也是提升我国综合国力的重要途径。为了加强基础医学专业建设,聚焦基础医学人才培养目标,文章针对地方医科院校存在的生源质量不高、教学资源短缺等问题,以及与基础医学拔尖人才培养愿景的差距,结合贵州医科大学地理位置,从培养模式、队伍建设、平台搭建、创新实践教学等方面进行改革实践,重视学生成长需求,提供多渠道、多环境学习平台和创新创业、专业进阶等指导,为提高地方医科院校基础医学人才培养质量提供借鉴。Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is one of the strategic tasks of building a strong country in higher education,and also an important force to enhance China's comprehensive national strength.In order to strengthen the construction of basic medical specialty,focusing on basic medical personnel training target,in view of the specific difficulties of local medical colleges and universities and basic medical talents training vision gap,combined with the actual situation of the school is located in the west,from the training mode,team construction,platform building,innovation practice teaching reform practice,attention to the student growth demand,provide multi-channel and environment learning platform and innovative entrepreneurship,professional advanced guidance.Explore a new mode of training basic medical professionals in local medical colleges and universities.
