摘 要:专本贯通人才培养模式旨在培养基础理论扎实、创新实践能力强的高素质应用型人才,是构建现代职教体系的重要举措。但本科院校和职业院校在地理位置、教育理念、办学体制上的差异,导致二者在专本贯通教育的实施过程中面临心理错位、时间割裂、空间禁锢的障碍,协同育人效果不佳。高校应纠正心理错位,提高思想认识、重视学生心理健康教育;打破两个教育阶段的时间割裂,交叉配置导师、共同制订人才培养方案;突破两个院校的空间禁锢,推进校校合作、校企合作,实现资源共享、优势互补,促进协同育人。The integration of specialized and undergraduate talent training model aims to cultivate high-quality technical application-oriented talents with solid theoretical foundations and strong innovative practical abilities.It is an important measure to build a modern vocational education system.However,due to the differences in geographical location,educational philosophy,and educational system between undergraduate and vocational colleges,they face obstacles such as psychological dislocation,time separation,and spatial confinement in the implementation of vocational education,resulting in poor collaborative educational effects.Universities should correct psychological dislocation,enhance ideological awareness,and attach importance to students'mental health education;Breaking the time gap between two educational stages,cross configuring mentors,and jointly developing talent development plans;Breaking through the spatial constraints of two universities,promoting cooperation between schools and enterprises,realizing resource sharing and complementary advantages,and promoting collaborative education.
