摘  要:随着我国经济的迅猛发展和居民生活水平的不断提高,社会各界越来越关注个人幸福指数,高校也越发重视大学生在校期间的幸福感提升问题。大学阶段是有效培养学生学习能力的关键时期,文章通过对大学生学习力现状的研究,提出从激发学生的内生学习动力、提升自我获得感,增强学生的个体学习韧性、提升自我成就感,促进学生全面学习能力、提升自我效能感,引导学习成果转化、提升自我幸福感等四个方面着手,帮助学生树立正确的幸福观,进而实现人生目标和个人价值。With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of residents'living standards,various sectors of society are paying more and more attention to personal happiness index,and universities are also paying more attention to the issue of improving the happiness of college students during their school years.The university stage is a crucial period for effectively cultivating students'learning abilities.Through the study of the current situation of college students'learning abilities,this article proposes to start from four aspects:stimulating students'intrinsic learning motivation,enhancing their sense of self acquisition,strengthening their individual learning resilience,enhancing their sense of self achievement,promoting their comprehensive learning ability,improving their self-efficacy,guiding the transformation of learning outcomes,and enhancing their sense of self happiness.This will help students establish a correct view of happiness and achieve their life goals and personal values.
