摘　　要：随着汽车工业的快速发展,特别是新能源汽车和智能驾驶技术的崛起,汽车工程领域对人才的需求日益迫切。文章首先概述了产教融合的基本概念与特征,进而分析了汽车工程研究生实践能力培养的现状。通过对清华大学与一汽―大众产教融合合作项目的分析,阐述了这种教育模式在提升研究生实践能力方面的具体应用和显著成效。最后,通过对比分析,进一步凸显了产教融合模式相对于传统培养模式的优势。旨在为汽车工程研究生的培养提供新的视角和参考,以适应和推动汽车行业的发展。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,especially the rise of new energy vehicles and intelligent driving technology,the demand for talent in the field of automotive engineering is becoming increasingly urgent.This article first outlines the basic concepts and characteristics of industry education integration,and then analyzes the current situation of practical ability cultivation for automotive engineering graduate students.Through the analysis of the industry education integration cooperation project between Tsinghua University and FAW Volkswagen,this article elaborates on the specific application and significant achievements of this educational model in enhancing the practical abilities of graduate students.Finally,through comparative analysis,the advantages of the industry education integration model over traditional training models were further highlighted.Intended to provide new perspectives and references for the cultivation of graduate students in automotive engineering,in order to adapt to and promote the development of the automotive industry.
