基于虚拟教研室的高校教师人机协同教研现状与推进路径

摘  要:随着现代数字技术的飞速发展,传统的教研模式正经历着深刻的变革,虚拟教研室作为教育数字化的重要产物,正逐渐成为教研活动的新平台。文章在阐述虚拟教研室和人机协同教研相关概念的基础上,分析了当前虚拟教研室及人机协同教研的发展现状,并提出了基于虚拟教研室开展人机协同教研的进路,包括搭建人机协同教研空间、加强教研资源管理与共享、促进教研知识创新生成、建立人机协同教研评价体系等,以期促进高校教师专业发展和高等教育高质量发展。With the rapid development of modern digital technology,traditional teaching and research models are undergoing profound changes.Virtual teaching and research rooms,as an important product of educational digitization,are gradually becoming a new platform for teaching and research activities.On the basis of elaborating on the concepts of virtual teaching and research rooms and human-computer collaborative teaching and research,this article analyzes the current development status of virtual teaching and research rooms and human-computer collaborative teaching and research,and proposes a path for conducting human-computer collaborative teaching and research based on virtual teaching and research rooms,including building human-computer collaborative teaching and research spaces,strengthening teaching and research resource management and sharing,promoting innovative generation of teaching and research knowledge,establishing a human-computer collaborative teaching and research evaluation system,etc.,in order to promote the professional development of university teachers and the high-quality development of higher education.
